Ingredients

  • 12 pork sausages, halved
    4 pears, cut into chunks
    Drizzle of maple syrup
    Handful rosemary sprigs

Recipe

1. Preheat oven to gas mark 6 / 200C (190C fan oven). In a large roasting tin, add sausages and pears, mix together, then add a pinch of freshly ground pepper. Drizzle with maple syrup and combine everything - do this with your hands if it's easier.

2. Throw in some rosemary, then put in oven and cook for about 20 - 30 minutes, till sausages are golden and cooked through. Transfer to a serving platter along with juices.
