
1. Preheat the oven to 200C / fan 180C / gas 6 and line a roasting tin with foil. Seperate the sausages and put them into the tin.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey and marmalade, then pour all over the sausages. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, turning halfway, until the sausages are really browned. Set aside to cool a little in the tin, so the juices thicken and become sticky.
3. Wrap the warm sticky sausages in foil or put into a sealable container to keep hot if you're taking them to a picnic straightaway. Also great cold and served with mustard.
