Our regular supply of lamb is sourced principally from the local farms of the Lincolnshire Wolds; they are free to graze on some of the finest pastures in England; their diet and welfare is religiously monitored to produce some of the most succulent and sweet Lamb available.
Recently we have sourced Welsh lamb re-establishing a link started by the first John Pettit in the early 1900's
We do periodically offer Scottish Blackface lamb which imparts a unique fuller flavour profile that reflects their habitat and diet in the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
