
We have always majored in free range poultry, up until the mid 1950's we used to collect directly from the farms and process the birds ourselves; however we now use specialist dealers which allows us to offer a far wider high quality product range throughout the year.
Yorkshire Chicken and Gressingham Duck & Lincolnshire Turkey are always available.
We are very proud of our Christmas Free Range Poultry which we have sourced from two local farmers for over 35 years; they fastidiously produce a full range of Bronze and White Turkeys, Farmyard, Cockerels and some incredible Marsh Ducklings all traditionally dry-plucked.
