The family in four generations have selected beef based on incredible flavour,texture and succulence,procuring Beef through a supply chain who appreciate our values in both eating quality and animal welfare.The cattle are traditionally reared on natural lush grass for the majority of the year, being housed during the extreme winter conditions whilst being fed a natural diet.

All our beef is matured for a minimum of 21 days to maximise the time-honoured true beef taste before being prepared by our experienced butchers to meet each customer's precise requirements.
